尽管我这样做了，但他们仍然根本没有列出附近的设备。所以我尝试格式化这些设备之一：Samsung Galaxy Tab A8。在制造重置后，我得到了它的工作。在格式化设备之前，我看到了 BluetoothAdaptor API 的控制台日志：

但是这个日志在我格式化之后就消失了。这可能是新 Android 10 系统的错误。因为我在 Android 10 下的系统上没有遇到过这个问题。
