多次重启ODL。当我运行 tcpdump 时，当路由器尝试启动 TCP 会话时，我看到 ODL 正在向路由器发送 TCP RST。ODL 和路由器之间存在连接- ping 有效。我也禁用了 IPTables。以 root 身份运行 ODL。我为 BGP 启用了调试。

日志显示显示 BGP 没有输出。

实际上，事实证明这些功能没有正确安装。

重新安装了功能，现在可以使用了。
