oververide IExceptionHandler 时，发生意外异常时响应不会到达 DelegatingHandler。我怎样才能解决这个问题？

在 webapi 2 中，我想为请求和响应消息实现一个审计记录器。我还想添加一个全局异常处理程序。但是，当我用我的自定义实现替换 IExceptionHandler 时。响应永远不会到达 DelegatingHandler -on 异常 - 因此对响应的审计会丢失。

不要使用 ExceptionHandler 作为基类，实现接口 IExceptionHandler

    }

问题是只有在返回 trueExceptionHandler时才执行Handle(ExceptionHandlerContext context)方法。ShouldHandle(ExceptionHandlerContext context)

覆盖bool ShouldHandle(ExceptionHandlerContext context)始终返回 true 为我解决了问题。
