express - Ember errors.add inside catch after save 导致表单按钮无响应

如果书名已经存在，我的服务器会以 400 状态响应。ember 应用程序捕获错误并使用属性名称和错误详细信息执行 errors.add。由于某种原因，当我更改标题时收到 400，表单提交按钮已失效。我发现当我消除 errors.add 行时，问题就消失了。
