我想将设备 ID 永久存储在闪存中。所以我使用的是STM32的内部Flash。我可以在STM32中读写Flash。将值写入闪存后,关闭电源,然后我可以毫无问题地读取它。但是问题出现在几个不同的情况下,例如:当我在第一次重置后立即重置 MCU 时,闪存内的数据变为 0。另一种情况是数据可能在一段时间后消失(未经测试,无法获取整个条件)关于这个闪光问题的任何想法?
