Windows 服务要记住的一件事是，默认情况下，它们在 LOCAL_SYSTEM 帐户下运行。这意味着应用对本地卷的权限（当然可以拒绝 LOCAL_SYSTEM 访问任何给定文件夹），并且 LOCAL_SYSTEM 对任何网络卷没有任何访问权限。

我对 pywin32 不熟悉ServiceFramework，但根据您的代码和错误消息，我敢打赌您对path_to_watch.

我假设您为示例清理了文件夹名称，而您实际上并不是在寻找folder.

怎么样：

  • 您是否使用文件夹的完整路径？服务的当前工作目录可能不是您所期望的。
  • 您是否在转义文件夹路径中的任何反斜杠？

尝试使用：

path_to_watch = r"c:\foo\bar" + "\\"
