不确定您为什么要使用 beginBackgroundTaskWithExpirationHandler 来完成这项工作 - 它的目的是完成一项完全不同的任务（在您的应用程序移动到后台后做一些工作。您在前台使用它很可能是您的原因问题。

我建议你做的是在 github 等上寻找一个示例并发 NSOperation 演示项目，并使用它们来执行你的异步 NSURLConnections。

此外，您正在回调的视图中更新 GUI 元素。请记住，您必须在主线程上使用 UIKit。如果您需要更新某些内容，只需使用一个块并将其分派到主队列来进行更新。
